Here you can find the tools developed by the Be The Change consortium for evaluating the learning outcomes.
There is a quantitative-qualitative sheet for mentors aiming at assessing their mentoring capabilities and two matrixes that mentors can use for observing and evaluating mentees.
The assessment should be carried-out twice, at the beginning and at the end of the courses, for capturing the change and improvement of the competences in mentors and mentees.
